How to Use Linear with Zo

Connect Linear to Zo and manage issues, sprints, and projects with natural language — no context-switching required.

Steps

Step 1: Connect Linear

Go to Settings > Integrations > Linear and authorize Zo to access your workspace.

Step 2: Browse your issues

Ask Zo about your current work:

• "Show my open Linear issues"
• "What's in the current sprint?"
• "List all high-priority bugs assigned to me"
• "What issues did I close this week?"

Step 3: Create and update issues

Manage issues directly from chat:

• "Create a bug report: search results page crashes when query is empty"
• "Move issue ENG-142 to 'In Review'"
• "Add a comment to ENG-98: 'Blocked on API changes from backend team'"
• "Assign ENG-200 to me and set priority to urgent"

Step 4: Track sprint progress

Get high-level overviews:

• "Summarize the current sprint progress"
• "What are the blockers across all active projects?"
• "How many issues are in each status column?"

Step 5: Triage your backlog

Instead of manually scanning dozens of issues, let Zo do the heavy lifting:

• "Show all unassigned issues in my backlog, grouped by project"
